Almond Milk- Vegan

Prep Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 4 cups purified water

Instructions:

1. Place the almonds and water into a blender and blend thoroughly.

2. `In a large bowl, strain the blender contents through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth.

3. Pour the milk into glass containers or jars, keep in fridge. The milk lasts 3-5 days.

4, Spread the meal out onto cookie sheet and let dry, usually 24 hours.  Either make into croutons or blend the meal into flour and use for baking.
