Steamed kale! It’s so easy you could do it in your sleep! You don’t even have to wash it. Rip, tear, dunk, done.
Of course it’s not ideal to eat late at night, but sometimes I am STARVING!!! We all get the midnight munchies, but prepare yourself for the body backlash: restless sleep, bloating in the morning—all the residual effects of those late-night potato chips, fries (love those sweet potato fries), cookies and whatever else is calling to you from the refrigerator or pantry.
