I have been working with one of my clients who, due to his schedule, gets back to his home late at night and binge eats on fast food, or frozen high fructose, sodium, chemical ridden dinners and junk food. He wants to be healthy without having to spend more than 5 minutes cooking!
We came up with a plan that has been rocking his world and health! He finds 20 minutes at the beginning of the week, bakes a dozen pieces of fish in whatever seasoning he likes (olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon and a touch of cayenne is my favorite!) wraps them individually in foil and freezes them. Simultaneously, he makes a batch of quinoa for the week and puts it in the fridge.
Done! Throughout the week he takes the fish, reheats it like he would a a frozen dinner, adds spinach and whatever veggie he wants to the quinoa, and there is his fast healthy, home cooked meal!
