Kick Off Kale Smoothie

Yields:
1 people

Ingredients:

A handful or 1 cup of Kale
1 Banana (frozen creates a cool tempature)
1/3 cup organic almond milk
1 to 2 tbls organic nut butter of your choice (I use peanut butter)
2 tbls ground organic flax seed meal (I like Bobs Red Mills)

Directions:

Wash the kale, rip it up, throw it in blender along with the banana, almond milk, nut butter and flax seed meal. Blend till smooth and then enjoy!
Notes:

This is a great energizing breakfast smoothie!

Kale-Has more calcium than milk and more vitamin C than an orange!!
