Ingredients:
- 2 Cup Raw Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 Dashes of Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 Tablespoons organic grade B maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
Pre heat the oven to 300 degrees F. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Then add in the maples syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and ginger. Mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a greased (coconut oil) cookie sheet . Bake for 10 minutes, stir the mixture on the cookie sheet and bake for another 5 until lightly golden.
