Prep Time: 5 minutes
- one 14 oz block of firm tofu
- 2-3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- hand full of pine nuts (optional)
- dash or two of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain the tofu and place it in a blender with all the ingredients.
2) Blend until creamy, adding seasoning as desired.
Enjoy with rice crackers, chips or veggies!
