Pesto Tofu Dip- Vegan


Prep Time: 5 minutes



  • one 14 oz block of firm tofu
  • 2-3 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • hand full of pine nuts (optional)
  • dash or two of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Drain the tofu and place it in a blender with all the ingredients.

2) Blend until creamy, adding seasoning as desired.


Enjoy with rice crackers, chips or veggies!
