Step 2: Put it into a container in the fridge
Step 3: For multiple FAST EASY HEALTHY meals, take out and add whatever flavors you are in the mood for!
I like Sweet potato and kale with cayenne pepper (you can also cook sweet potato in bulk), or black bean, avocado, corn and maybe salsa, or a Mediterranean feel: chick peas, figs, arugula, nuts and goat cheese… Explore!
