Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Brownie
- 1 1/2 cup dates, soaked for 10 minutes
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
Peanut Butter Topping
- 1 cup raw peanut butter
- 1/3 cup raw peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salts
- 1 cup dates, soaked for 10 minutes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinches of himalayan chunk salt
Instructions:
1. Place the brownie ingredients in a blender and mix till blended
2. Press the contents into a square brownie tin.
3. Blend the peanut butter topping in a blender, them spread over the brownie mixture.
4. Sprinkle the Himalayan sea salt over the top.
5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Serve!
