Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas (organic if you can)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- the juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2-4 dashes paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro
- one red bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup water
SPICY RED PEPPER HUMMUS
Instructions:
1) Rinse the chickpeas from the can and put them in a blender with all the ingredients.
2) Blend until creamy.
