These Healthies Double Up to Handle the Holidays!

Pilates classes can be all over the mat … I mean MAP!  I used to think of Pilates as a good stretch, but that’s about it, and I wasn’t looking forward to the next class.  Then I met Abey and the Pilates reformer machines.
Wow, what I difference!  Now Pilates tones my arms, legs, tummy and tush and makes me sweat!  Classes fly by, and Abey keeps it upbeat and moving moving moving!
She also practices a healthy lifestyle that sets a high bar.

I’ve learned so much about the vast world of health and diets from Abey as she is always exploring and researching the best practices.  With Abey’s help, I’m making my own kombucha, kefir and more!
Her husband Matt is a personal trainer, one of the most welcoming I’ve ever met, and from the look of him, he clearly practices what he teaches.
